The mellow singer is on his Love Speaks tour to satisfy the thirst of music- lover fans. He not only has the feelings for the impoverished people but also his songs are full of his felt pain for the helpless and desperate people. Brett’s latest album was titled with the same concept and was released in 2008 whose songs hit the Billboard charts. He has a very clear and straight forward image developed due to his clear conveyance of his message through lyrics, music and voice.
You can easily feel while listening to his songs that the guy has a humanitarian philosophy which he carries in his songs. He helps non-profit organizations and welfare groups apart from his humanitarian contributions found in his songs.
Brett Dennen will make a stop at Trocodaro in Philadelphia on Sunday night and give his performance.
He had exchange of few words with The Temple News and shared his ventures regarding his music and motive behind his tour. When he was asked about what message he wants to convey to starters who are interested in singing, he told that they should write good lyrics first because without good writing a song has no worth at all. He told that writing lyrics is very hard thing as sometime it becomes difficult to find appropriate words to represent feelings. That is why songs take time.
