CUTTACK, India: The Indian and Sri Lankan teams have set to clash sans home side captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the third One-dayer to be played today at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, here Monday.
A tight security net has been thrown over the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack and police were put on high alert in view of the terrorist attack onSri Lankan players in Pakistan, Commissioner of police B K Sharmasaid.

For the third one day international, the biggest concern for the team India will be the absence of Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni who has played exceptionally well during this series.
Dhoni has been banned for two ODIs for the team’s slow over rate in the second One-dayer against Sri Lanka at Nagpur on Friday. Virender Sehwag will lead the side instead.
