The estranged wife of Jaidev Thackeray vented off her feelings while speaking in interview to a leading daily newspaper, “English Daily”.
She claimed that she has been tired willfully by a bunch of people at Matoshree to be kept aloof. Smita Jaidev Thackeray allegedly claimed that she was not given her due share in the party politics and even a seat in the Rajya Sabha, was not given to her despite clear promises. The alleged seat was given to Bharat Kumar, a senior journalist. The lady described herself feeling suffocated in Matoshree. Forty eight year Samita Jaidev Thackeray went in all praise for Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi. She claimed that both congress leaders are doing a great job.She further expressed her liking for Congress ideology and added that she is planning to visit the Congress people and joining their ruling party.
Samita Jaidev Thackeray alleged the party for being unfaithful to Maharashtra people due to its narrow minded and discordant politics. The Sena Lady expressed her disgust for those who are killing fellow Indians in the name of regionalism and language.
If Samita Jaidev Thackeray leaves Shiv Sena and joins Congress that would be a second big blow for the party, as the nephew of Bal Thackeray, Mr.Raj Thackeray left the party three years back and founded new Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS).
The lady has a liking of the Indian film industry and she has produced Haseena Maan Jayegi. Well the time will decide which haseena will maan jayegi, Sonia or Samita!
